I see what you are doing I have done the same on lesser complex model. Think S3D is not working with enough decimals or it is trying to heal things it thinks are very small gaps. These micro notches are very tiny. This does not solve the problem but points to some issues. I set the nozzle width down...

Move you part back toward the back of the bed some or to the left some. Is your seam position at 0,0? Think you are right at that point where the points at the back are closer and some in the front closer.
