Re: slicer skipping layers

Holy cow, you used a ridiculous tolerance for that model! There's like 10,000 triangles to model a single circle! You should really lower the tolerance in your CAD package to avoid exporting such giant STL files every time. That also makes processing and copying faster. But for what it's worth, your...

Re: Multiple Cooling Fans

You could make use the scripting options in S3D to do this

{TOOL0REPLACE "M106 S0" "M106 S0 T0"} ; tool 0 uses fan 0
{TOOL1REPLACE "M106 S0" "M106 S0 T2"} ; tool 1 uses fan 2

More info about those commands here:

Re: Variable settings crashes S3D

Well without any other info, it's pretty tough to give any advice. Maybe attach your factory file and maybe a crash log.

Re: Ramping E values

That's because they are absolute values. If you haven't seen that before, it's explained in one of their articles too:

Re: 3D Printer Not printing where I want

Are you using the stock Raise3D profile from the configuration assistant in S3D? Might want to try going back to Help > Configuration Assistant, and re-downloading that profile. Then don't make any changes and see if this still happens.

Re: Strange launch error on Mac

If you open the software normally from the Application launch, does it ask for the credentials in the login box?

Re: Supports missing

Might help if you posted a screenshot or something. There could be a lot of settings that would cause this, so you haven't really given enough info to know what to recommend.

I think it's explained on their FAQ page:

Re: Vanishing Processes

If you are trying to permanently save your settings, you should be using the profile system. It's explained here:

Processes are meant to be temporary, so you don't want to use those for permanent settings.

Re: S3D with UM3, fails to print

It sounds like you are just printing too close to the bed. Anytime you switch to a new slicer, you frequently have to adjust the calibration to match your machine, so just adjust the things mentioned here: https://www.simplify3d.com/support/print-quality-troubleshooting/#not-extruding-at-start-of-pr...
