Re: Camera Rises in Viewport when Moving Camera (Ver. 4.0.1)

Odd, I tried to recreate this myself with 4.0.1, but it doesn't happen at all. Works fine regardless of how many times I rotate back and forth. I wonder if the issue is possibly due to your trackpad occasionally registering a right-click. Some trackpads have options where you can right-click just by...

Re: Setting up Da Vinci Duo 2.0 A

The 2.0 is the Duo. Those are the same thing.

So the Da Vinci 2.0 is what you should be using. That's the same as the Duo 2.0A.

Re: Profile Update not Saving some values

Ok, well then why don't you post the exact steps you are following?

For example
1) Help > Configuration Assistant, select "Other"
2) Enter cartesian, 200x200x200 volume, 1 extruder, etc
3) click Finish
4) go to Edit Process Settings
5) etc

That may help see what's going wrong

Re: How do you change the directions of support lines to make it easier to remove

You can edit the support infill angles on the Supports tab. I think it uses 0 degrees by default, but you can change that to 90 degrees, or even add multiple angles like 0 and 90 degrees for a grid-like pattern.

Re: No support generated under model with non-flat bottom

Try double-clicking on the part and decrease the Z-axis offset by 0.5mm or so.

Re: First layer not applying Ultimate 3d Printer

Try printing without a raft, and then take a photo of the first layer. If you attach it here, I'm sure some experienced users can give you some quick advice on what to adjust :D

Re: Retraction at start - but never undone

Yes, that looks absolutely correct to me. Read the link I already posted. It explains plenty about the E-values and how to decipher these commands.
