Your model is probably broken, try repairing it with for example netfab.

yeah, stick with 4.0.1. 4.1.0 has many other new bugs.

On 4.1 my printer is doing really jerky movements when doing internal single extrusion, this causes my extuder to even loses steps. On 4.0 everything runs fine.
