Re: Top Layer has not enough overlap over the Infill.

This factory-file is for me without any issue. The center-area, where the cylinder will be build, has no top-layers and that seems normal for me. The last top-layer: http://up.picr.de/23641776fk.jpg The first layer builds up the center-cylinder: http://up.picr.de/23641777pp.jpg Following layers: htt...

Re: infill for circle prints?

You are printing three STL's at once and there are gaps between the bodys.
There is no bug in S3D, the problems are caused by your assembly of STL's while the STL's itselfes are assemblys of two or more parts.

Re: Top Layer has not enough overlap over the Infill.

Hi, Solution? Use almost any other slicer that doesn't have this bug. ... not this bug but other bugs. Why do you post such a nonsens what is not helpful? And where are all the requestions for this "bug" you are speaking from? I dont know them and I read here nearly daily more than a year...

Re: infill for circle prints?

Here are 2 examble pics of my actualy print object. Normaly I print with 6 perimerters and have no problems with this and there is no gap in the wall of 3 mm by 0.60mm nozzel, extrusionwidth 0.72mm The main-reason ist the fact, a constructed wall has always an inner and an outer side. Therefore the ...

Re: infill for circle prints?

Just set the external fill pattern to concentric ... I dont think so. >>> https://forum.simplify3d.com/viewtopic.php?t=1953 " External Infill Pattern: The top and bottom solid layers will be printed with this choice. ..." ... or add more outline perimeters That will be the only one soluti...

Re: Top Layer has not enough overlap over the Infill.

Please attache here your factory-file. It seams that in the red marked aerea is no perimeter. Have a look to print-preview -mode and there > coloring > Feature Type. That shows what kind of layer is printed there. Ich hoffe, ich habe mich verständlich ausdrücken können. Horst Annex: When the grided ...

Re: infill for circle prints?

There are only 2 perimeters for a wall of 2 mm. Using e.g. 0,40 mm nozzle and 0.48 mm extrusionwidth, that are 0.96 mm and the gap must be filled. That is not a infill pattern from the INFILL-menue. Fit the number of perimeter and the extrusionwidth to the width of the wall as exact as possible, per...

Re: Slicing error

... If I set it to anything else beside .2 (e.g. .19) everything works

yes. Or changing the Z-value to -0,1mm does heal.
If you have a look to Preview/Coloring/FeatureTyp the asked layer is marked as Bridge (it seems so?)

Re: Slicing error

... not so for me. It happens also when slicing only the egg-white with your properties of factory-file. When I separate the STL and import it to my own machines properties, then it is clean. The fault is cached in the properties of your machine. No idea what happens there.

Re: Slicing error

Why the two objects are bundled? That's not normal. When I export the single STL's out of your factory, I receive always the bundle of both. Thats will be the fault! H., GER Ok, I find it out, the two objects are grouped but ungrouping is not solving the problem. Importing only the eggs-white-stl sh...
