Re: Printing a Sphere on a raft. One pass

Be a nice feature if it did infill first and then outline. This is probably coming in V5. If you're still alive 100 years from now, maybe it will have shipped. Your best bet is probably to use a very small layer height (.1mm or less) until the overhang tangent angle gets past 45 degrees to ge...

Re: Keeping Simplify3D from skinning all objects

If you use two processes, one for the block and one for the cylinder, they will each have top and bottom filled surfaces for the number of layers you specify in their individual process.

Re: Best eSun PLA+ settings?

ps off topic but I use a 60 degree C bed with hairspray on glass and get excellent results with PLA. Never comes off the bed when printing and when cool the PLA pops right off. Leaves the hairspray on the glass and can get dozens of prints before I have to clean the glass and put new hairspray on. I...

Re: Version 5 Announcement

SO basically all they have done so far for "version 5" is to update their licensing backend. What a damn disappointment. Let me guess, you guys will be implementing microtransactions for v5. I've been supporting S3D since version 2 or something but for the past year have switched over to PrusaSlice...

Exactly. Never exit the development cycle trying to make it perfect, and then get passed by the entire market. If you ever release, it will be antiquated and likely a total failure.

Re: Version 5 Announcement

You must have a build of the new version. Release it as beta and let us help with the debug.

Re: Settings summary format

You could probably do it with a post processing script on the scripts tab.
