Your right I don't have that selected - however I have never had that selected and it worked fine in v2. Also The correct extruder is selected, it just fails to heat - however if I pause the print or pre-heat the extruder prior to print then its fine. If the wrong extruder was selected after 30 mins...

The HBP gets to temp. The extruder shows 30/230C and then it starts to print. If I pause the print (with heat pause) the extruder then heats up and I can unease and the print completes fine. Why is it trying to print before the the extruder heats up ?

If I use the CTC profile the printer performs the prime like maker ware does. If I choose the Wanhao D4 profile it performs the prime from the left front - extrudes a length and then does a diagonal wipe.

Why is there a difference given that the printers are the same ?

Well I have had a go, and it does not work for me. Both print from and upload to. It might be because I am using sailfish - I'm not sure. When trying to upload, after it tells me the base file name can't be longer than 8 characters, it then rates the build platform and tries to extrude from the cold...

How does the upload to SDCARD function work ?

Does it work with Replicator 1 clones ?

It might be they are pulling the MAC address from the card as a machine ident. It used to be that S3D would not run in a virtual machine, so they may have fixed that by using the network chip as the ident.
