[ADDED] Bi-Material support

Hi,

Dense support layer is great but I would like to even save more pva who is really expensive...

Could it be possible to add setting in order to use same extruder than for part for all pillars who are not touching the model (I mean the base of the pillar) and use second extruded (loaded with PVA) only when the dense support start near the interface with the part?

Doing so will be great because as soon as the PVA as been dissolved, the pillars who didn't will anyway detach... No need to have it fully in PVA for most cases... Of course must be an option, because some pillars are not accessible and need to be fully dissolvable...

Do you think it make sense?
