Extruder cooling

Extruder cooling when you print dual. Check Idea Maker for this feature. You can also choose cooling or warming place on the bed.

This is a great feature request. One that has existed for a while now. We'll continue to monitor user feedback as we evaluate features for inclusion in a future release!
