More tools for adding / removing supports

Simplify has the most support placement tools as of now but could use several more:

1. Lasso tool for selecting a group of supports or drag and hold to create a marquee and thus select multiple supports. Currently I am erasing one support at a time which is time consuming.

2. Adding a "line" of supports. Would like to create the first support, hold the alt key down, place the last support and all of the in between supports are created. I constantly create lines of supports for the edges of a building model or a part model. Most of the time I am using 1mm supports.
