[ALREADY ADDED] Automatic plane sensing

Think of this as an advanced drop to table mode which would allow the software to cycle through any flat faces on a model with user input. Perhaps by clicking on a desired surface. The software would automatically rotate the model and drop the selected face to the table.

Do you mean like the "Place Surface on Bed" option on the Edit menu?

Select the above option and then click on a surface to place it on the bed.

Use Ctrl + L then click the surface to place on the bed also works.

We could have blamed you for not reading the documentation......but as there's no proper documentation you weren't able to do so......so, don't worry, its not your fault!

this feature already exists in the software. It was added in version 3.0.0. To see what other features were added in this or any other version since, you can visit our release notes page.

Took me quite a while to "discover" the place on bed and Ctrl L deal!
