I want to do a sugestion. In Speeds tab there is a box to be checked in Speed overrides. It only take consideration about the total layer printing time but is a good idea to add another one about perimeter lenght.
I mean if a perimeter is smaller than certain selectable lenght (for example in the eiffel tower) is a good idea to allow a speed reduction in the outter perimeter like as when the layer printing time is less than X secs. So for example if a perimeter is smaller than 5mm we can reduce the speed down to a X% of such normal perimeter speed.
