Vertical size compensation

Hey,

I would like to have option to change vertical size compensation in same manner as horizontal size compensation.
For example:
I have a box for parts with very thin walls and bottom. I can use horizontal size compensation to make walls thicker but bottom is still thin as before.
Using Vertical size compensation will allow me to make bottom thicker as desired.

Thanks!

Re: Vertical size compensation

Do you mean the bottom of a hollowed part? If not, you would simply increase the number of bottom solid layers from the Layer tab.

Re: Vertical size compensation

Example:
Bottom of box is 1mm thick. With 0.2mm layer height after slicing bottom will have only 5 layers. I would like to expand vertically my model in Z+ and Z- on every top and bottom wall by provided value.

I set expansion to 0.5 mm. Every top and bottom wall is expanded by 0.5 in Z axis. Result is 2 mm bottom thickness. Of course walls as well will be expanded Z dimension.

I hope it's more or less clear. If not I can provide some simple image :)
