This software consistently has issues finding my printer on my local network. I've talked to support about this and they said they would look into it. We even discussed the possibility of adding a field to manual enter a printer's IP address. The support staff said they would make the suggestion to the team. This was possibly a year ago and there has been no update or improvement.
For any nit-pickers, yes I can ping my printer and get replies no problem.
I am pissed that such a simple process would have issues at all. Please just add a field for manual IP address entry!
