Display layer in "Preview by Line"

When showing a "Preview by Layer" the layer number is displayed in the Status Bar, which is nice.

Please add that information to the "Preview by Line" so we can tell which layer is currently being printed.

As a workaround, we can jump back and forth between preview types, but then lose your "current line" position.

To add to tenaja's request, I would like to have the ability to post the current layer number as layer_num of num_layers to the printer display. This would probably be done with an M117 command at each layer change. This is useful to know when an error occurs in the gcode and to have an idea of where the printer is in the printing process.
