Solid layer extra inflation distance under subsequent wall

Just as v3 introduced 'Extra inflation distance' for bridging, it would be very useful to have the same feature available to increase the extent of an intermediate solid layer underneath a subsequently printed wall.

In some scenarios, the strength added to a part by adding such extra inflation distance might approach the, (not insignificant) difference between tensile strength and peel strength.

While this issue has been raised one way or another in at least two other threads that I could find, by proposing a new feature in terms of latest (v3) S3D terminology I hope to add focus and highlight what I believe lies at the heart of one or more yet-to-be-resolved issues.

For example, in this post:
viewtopic.php?f=23&t=2942&p=12427&hilit=extend#p12437
@jimc refers to a problem where the only available solution is to increase wall thick thickness to achieve (equivalent) extra inflation under wall, but by doing so must otherwise unnecessarily using extra material in the wall.

And in this post:
viewtopic.php?f=23&t=2628&start=10#p11727
@JoeJ highlights with a couple of nice images the 'only available solution' that @jimc appears to be describing.

As for where I'd use this feature - I can't think where I wouldn't.
