That's what you get for being an early adopter.
Congrats, BTW.
So if you can't wait, start by loading the base dual extruder profile for the TAZ5 then start adding Material/Quality sub profiles.
LB's Cura stores the FlexyDually V2 profiles in:
On PC - C:\Program Files (x86)\Cura_17.10\resources\quickprint\lulzbot_profiles\TAZ_flexystruder_v2\[filament_quality-or-speed].
On Mac - Should be a similar folder structure under Cura in the Application folder... sorry not on a Mac ATM, but will check later.
Load the S3D base dual extruder profile:
Help-> Configuration Assistant->Lulzbot TAZ 5 Dual Extruder (.5mm nozzles)
Check the following Tool1 (Front Extruder) characteristics:
- Extruder - configure Front Extruder parameters
- nozzle diameter
- retraction settings
- tweak the multiplier after a few prints
- Other - configure the default print speed... will most likely be the slower plastic speed (ninjaflex).
- Layer - convert Cura's wall thickness to a multiple of your extrusion width
Once you have the Front Extruder hardware characteristics set, add new Material sub profile. Transfer "Temperature" (bed, T0 and T1) and "Cooling" tab info. Your new "Material" profile is stored... you may need to click "Update Profile" for the Process.
Lastly create a "Quality" profile for the new plastic. Store "layer height" and speed settings for the new plastic.
The attached FFF is for the Dual Extruder V2, but might serve as a base pr reference for the FlexyDually V2.
Hope that helps.
