Re: Is S3D still actually being developed?

JasonCS wrote:There seemed to be quite a few question in this thread including the OP asking if the software was still being developed, so I wanted to make sure to address that concern and provide some extra information about how the forum is currently used in our development process. Of course, we are open for suggestions and discussions about better ways to track these features in the future, so perhaps it would be useful to create a new thread to discuss that topic.

That would be a great way to start a separate discussion about what other feature tracking systems work well and what would be useful for the community.
Jason, you guys should look hard at YouTrack from MyJetBrains. It is used heavily by McNeel, the developers of Rhino, with a lot of user input and great success (I do a small amount of development work for them on occasion). I highly recommend it!

Re: Is S3D still actually being developed?

So here again the question: Is S3D still actually being developed?

Re: Is S3D still actually being developed?

As I've said in other threads, we're very busy right now trying to finalize our next major update, so we appreciate your patience while we work to finalize that.

Our development team reads every single post and topic on this forum, so I think it would be helpful if we tried to keep the forum focused on specific features or changes that users would like to see. So please feel free to add your feedback to any requests that are important to you and let us know what you want to see in the next update. For now, I'm going to close this topic, but of course, if you ever have specific questions for our development team, you can also email us directly at the link below:

We will be releasing more information soon about our next update, so thank you again for your patience!
