I don't know if I am the only one, but I have been finding the two decimal place limit used within the FFF process configuration UI quite restrictive.
I humbly ask that the limit be increased for things like extra restart distance, coasting distance, and extrusion multiplier.

Indeed, I just ran into this. Since the restart distance is measured in filament length and the coast in travel distance, to avoid underextrusion when using coast, you arguably should restart an equivalent volume of plastic that you coasted. However, for a 2.85mm filament with a 0.5mm nozzle, there is 32.5mm of extrusion for every mm filament. Thus, if you coast 0.2mm, you should restart 0.006mm, but currently the smallest you can restart is 0.01mm due to the resolution of the UI.
