What setting is responsible?

So I recently printed a cone-shaped surface, about 1mm thick, and you can see the result below. The part of it without the tabs printed cleanly, but the layers with the tabs (they'll be used to hold the piece in place) are very rough. I'm guessing it under-extruded on those layers on the outside perimeter, I would just like to understand why and if there's a setting I need to change.

I'm using a Delta printer (Rostock), printed in Alloy 910 with the filament in a dehydrator keeping it under 10% humidity.

I'm also including a screenshot of my Advanced Tab, as I think the Thin Wall Behavior best applies.

Thats the same behavior when printing e.g. a cube with a horizontal opening / brerak through, hole or window.
All layers which are interrupted from the openings have mostly such a coming out.

I have no absolute solution, but you can try out some points:

- with or without retracts
- with or without a certain negative restart distance
- with or without lift when retracting

The highest influence to avoid this on my (cartesian) printers have printing speed and acceleration (to change with a M-command), they must be very moderate. But I never reach 100% some traces are staying always visible.
