Combine factory files?

I have 4 parts to print. Two are in one factory file and two are in another. Each part has multiple processes and the p[arts are printed sequentially. Is there a way to take the processes from one factory file and use them in another? The multiple processes were all created from one original Profile and so have the same names in the drop down.

Btw, I still do not grasp how I can have one Profile and then add it several times to my factory file as a different process name, change each process and still have only the one profile. EAch time I update the process, what exactly gets updated? I know if i just have the one process then the Profile gets updated. But with 6 Processes derived from one Profile... how does that work?

Have a read of my advice on this thread: viewtopic.php?f=8&t=7449&p=32468&hilit= ... ess#p32468

It doesn't answer your question directly.....but understanding how factory files are used should give you a lead into how to achieve what you are wanting.
