Simplify3D User Forum

I just purchased the Simplify 3D software and installed it. I cannot find the exact model for my printer - XYZ Da Vinci Duo 2.0 A in the list. The closest I can find is Da Vinci 2.0 (not duo or A model)

The compatibility list shows the software is compatible with my printer.

The 2.0 is the Duo. Those are the same thing.

So the Da Vinci 2.0 is what you should be using. That's the same as the Duo 2.0A.
