what am i doing wrong

hi, I am trying to print a part on an ender 3 printer. its printed some nice parts but it just does not want to print this one. it starts ok but when it needs to start the infill it all goes wrong. I don't think its a table level problem as it printed the outer edge ok. its PLA filament and I have set the nozzle temp to 109 and the bed to 64. I have set the print speed to 1000 mm/s what am I doing wrong here. thanks for reading

Of the three numbers you gave us

Speed: 1000 mm/s
Nozzle Temp: 109 (assuming C)
Bed: 64 (assuming C)

Two of them make no sense.

Hey Terry,

Try increasing the Extruder Temperature between 190-220°C and set the Bed Temperature between 45-60 °C. For more best practices for printing PLA filament we recommend checking out our Materials Guide: https://www.simplify3d.com/support/materials-guide/pla/.

As far as the Printing speed, try starting with the default of 2400mm/min.
