I don't think it's a S3D problem but a limitation in the FFCP/firmware (again I'm passing on what I was told, hoping to be proven wrong).

I still have version 3.1.1 on my Mac and it's never been able to adjust speed or extrusion multiplier from the S3D machine control panel.
