I have already contacted Simplify3D technical support and asked this question but I thought that someone here might be able to help as I haven't yet heard back from them...
My new printer (Creality CR-X) is listed as a 'supported printer' on the website and comes up as a supported printer on the 'Compatibility Checker'.
However, when I start Simplify3D, the printer is not listed in the dropdown box in the "Configuration Assistant".
How do I add this newly supported printer to Simplify3D?
I just purchased the software yesterday and am within the 14 day trial so I will look for a refund if I cannot add the my printer as a factory supported one!
