[solved] Build table grid view

Hello,

There is something I don’t like on build table view :
The size of my bed is 200mmx200mm
And the grid which is display like this :
8x8 big squares
Each big squares are 5x5 little squares.

So a big square is 25mm x 25mm (which I really don’t like)
And little square is 5mm x 5mm

I was hopping to have more something like
Big square : 50mm x 50mm
Little square 10mm x 10mm

Is there a way to change it ?

I'm not sure if the grid is a real measure or not.
On one of mine the squares seem to line up to the size of the bed but on another printer they don't match at all.

I would like to know if the grids actually are supposed to show a real distance or measure in relation to the bed size.

What is the goal of a grid if it can’t be use for scale ?...

I'd also like if 0,0 was an intersection - but as it is the grid is centered on the bed. If I want to place a part at 50,50 there's no line there since my printer bed is 304.8mm square.

I believe to remember to a discution about this problem when I started S3D in 2014.
The grid view is like a gcode-file and the user can change it , but how - I'm sorry

For my Mankati also as for my A8 I have 1 mm-grid in 10 mm frames.

Tools menu......Options...….Visualisation tab....there are two fields Grid Line Spacing - major and minor.

Exactly what you want!
