Anyone Using a Sigmax R19 & S3D?

I am ordering this printer and wondered who may be using one with S3D.

What has your experience been?

Canceled my order.
Matterhackers was terrible to deal with and the Sigmax folks simply don't respond to a buyer. Must have been a sign.

You made the right choice terrible company to work with, a very complicated machine and S3D does not work very well with it especially printing cylinders..
