After the bed Leveling wizard has completed, is there a file that it stores the values it uses for computing nozzle trajectories? And is there a way to see the values?

The S3D bed leveling is all manual. All it does is move the nozzle to the predefined X&Y coordinates set by you so that you can adjust bolts on your bed to level it. Make sure you read the small paragraph in the wizard that explains exactly what it does.
