Prints get larger in X and Y as they grow

Greetings!
I just completed my first print with my Pursa Mendle (w/ Rambo v1.2 and Repetier 0.83 firmware) and the Software (Simplify3D) is wonderful.
I have two questions:
1. My test print (the 110mm calibration piece) and the print gets larger in X and Y as it gets taller...any thoughts?
2. Is there a way to change the "Home" order to ZXY?
Other than the print "growing" I am really pleased with Silplify3D and the Pico HotEnd from B3 Inovations.
