Parallel projection view in S3D

Hello,

I am a longtime user and I love S3D, however I cannot figure out how to activate parallel projection in the program. It is of course a crucial tool when looking at aspects of 3D printing such as overhangs and making sure a part doesn't overlap the edge of the build volume.

Am I missing something? Is there a way to toggle the camera projection type? Or is this highly important (and dare I say, simple) feature not currently implemented in the program?

cheers

Re: Parallel projection view in S3D

This option is called orthographic view in Simplify3D.

Here are the steps to enable this view:

Windows
Tools > Options >Visualization > Use orthographic camera with no perspective

Mac
Simplify3D > Preferences > Visualization > Use orthographic camera with no perspective
