I am trying painfully to write start gcode for a four extruder system. Single extruder start code contains extruder references that get used to insert the temps entered into the S3D UI into the gcode... (i.e.,extruder0_temperature]. Doing an "extruder3_temperature" DOES NOT WORK.
Can someone PLEASE tell me where this stuff is documented for Simplify3D?????
