Re: Flashforge Dreamer TPU settings/profile

Printing TPU is very critical !
Strongly recommended a direct extruder, once I have bought an Anet A8 for this, because my big printer with 70 cm bowden has no chance to work with it , ether TPU hard, TPU middle or TPU soft .

TPU has a lot of abstruse preferences.
Using normal print temperature makes a low viscosity and the nozzle is running out.
After-print-working is difficult, no sanding possible. If needed, put the print object into the freezer cabinet, that helps a little bit.
Print speed, Retract speed low, travel speed high.
If you want to print very small objects such as seals below 10 mm, try to print some copies at the same time. TPU needs time for cooling down and harden.

On my Anet I use the bed temperature only up to 50 °C max.
