Artemis S300 Dual Extrusion

I have the S3D Profile loaded.

I might be missing something but.. Where is the configuration for Dual Extrusion? Multi Color Prints?

I have to print this multi color:--
From the build plate up to 100 mm white
from 100 mm too 200 mm Red
From 200 mm too 300 mm Red

How would i configure this Artemis dual extrusion to do this print ?
