Movement Behaviour

Sun Oct 11, 2020 9:46 am

Hi I am using a BCN3D SigmaX. I print a ABS part wi Hips support. To avoid the ouzing I chekced the box "Avoid crossing outline for travel movements"
That helped a lot for the ABS. But now the printer head with the support matetial is also trying always to follow the ABS printes parts when traveling. That leads to a lot of dripped HIPPS in the ABS part.

Can I set the "avoid crossing outline travel movments" only for one hotend?

This setting is applied to the entire process. I might suggest utilizing a tool change script to lower the extruder temperature for the support extruder when it's not printing.

For help with using the scripts tab see this post: viewtopic.php?f=8&t=1959
