How do you get 100% fill

OK, relative newbie here but have done many prints with s3d. The problem is, no matter what I do i can't print an object at 100%. Even though I set infill at 100% there are many parts of my print that are filled to a lower %. I was printing a project box with 1.5 mm walls and the fill between the two solid layers was far from solid. I fixed this with the "allow single extrusion fill" option, other parts of the box still are not solid fill.

I have included an image from the print preview screen. With the "allow single extrusion fill" option turned on, the space between the boxes walls is now filled but the mounts for the PC board screws are still only partially filled.

I know I'm missing something sill, but darned if I can figure out what !! Any help greatly appreciated.

Not sure what you are showing us BUT
If what you are saying is when you set it to 100% you only get what looks like 50%
You need to uncheck "Print every infill angle on each layer.
Then every layer of infill will be solid
