Cr-6 SE - S3D Speeds not working

Hi Everyone. Just a quick one. Does anyone has any experience with ensuring the CR-6 SE actually makes the speed setting specified when I slice? The CR-6 ALWAYS starts with a 100mms speed and I have to manually override it. I've tried Cura too and it does the same. Is this a known problem? Thanks
