Support for Raise3d E2?

Hey the S3D website states support for the Raise3d E2 printer. However I am unable to locate it in under Configurator Assistant. All of the Raise printers are listed. What gives, need to set it up from other? :ugeek:

Re: Support for Raise3d E2?

From the "Supported Printers" page after using it to search for your printer:
When you open Simplify3D for the first time, you’ll be prompted to select your printer from a drop-down list. This will automatically apply the optimal settings for your printer and make it easier to create amazing 3D prints.

If you do not find your printer in the drop-down list, please make sure you have updated to the latest version of Simplify3D, or contact us directly so we can assist you with downloading the correct printer profile.
I don't think they could be clearer!

I meant to say "all of the Raise3d printers are listed except for the E2". And isn't this contacting them directly?

Near the top of the 'General Discussion and Tips' community there is a announcement on how to contact support. There is a link in there somewhere to proceed. Try asking for a profile for your printer in there and hope they respond. I had to do that a couple of years ago for my printer. They did get back with a profile then. Now, no idea. Good luck.
