Simplify3d doesnt see the model as one?

Hey,

Im new to the whole 3D printing scene so i definetly dont know what ive done wrong here.

On both sofrware i used the exact same model. I added the pins on meshmixer.
Cura slices the model as one but Simplify3D sees the pin and the model as two separete models. Why and how can i fix it?

The model is likely bad so try repairing it.

Can also try Process Settings, Advanced, Merge all outlines into a single solid model.

Mesh menu ----Separate Connected Surfaces. Select with model highlighted & the issue will be resolved.
