Increase width of top surface

Which setting in Simplify do I change to increase the width of the top surface of my print? It's currently so thin that I can see the honeycomb pattern from the infill through the thin top layer, and I need more strength on that surface.

Layer Tab --> Top Solid Layers

This determines how many layers of solid will be printed atop the previously printed infill. So the exact thickness of this section would be your Layer height X the number of Top Solid Layers specified.
