Weird slicing going on with a chip holder.

So I am printing out a holder for a chip I am going to install.

The chip is supposed to be mounted on it with 3 posts but instead of slicing the post with a hole in it it kind of hollows it out. Been scratching my head over WHY simplify keeps on doing it. tried slic3r to see why but it happens on there too.

Then there is this weird glitch where it does the same thing with the mounting bracket for the chip's screen. it hollows it out. And for some reason it leaves a square part next to the side by side holes.

Using a sharebot NG dual

Could you perhaps post the STL and Factory File?

Didn't know what website to upload it to so I picked up a old favorite.

Go to Advanced tab, look at the "Thin wall behavior" section, and enable "Allow gap fill when necessary". This will allow the nozzle to fill some of those tight spaces better.

Otherwise, the issue is that you don't have enough room to fit another perimeter in those tiny pegs. If you don't allow gap fill and the next perimeter won't fit, then it won't put anything inside there. So enabling gap fill is your best bet.
