X Y Z indicator

I have noticed in some of the videos by S3D that the X Y Z is in the bottom left corner and not in the middle of the build plate. I think this make much more sense, is there any way i can change the position of this indicator?

Re: X Y Z indicator

I think the position corresponds to the actual origin (i.e. the 0,0,0 position). A lot of makerbot printers have the origin in the center of the bed, while most RepRap printers have it in the front left or back right corners. So the position definitely matters, because if you send a command like G1 X10 Y10, you need to know where X0 and Y0 is so that you know where the printer will go.

You can always turn off the indicator though if you don't want it. View -> Coordinate Axes

OK that makes sense. I like the indicator , it just gets lost in a large model.
