"holes" on Z axis -sketchup

no mater what i do i SKP..
tryed it all(i think)....groping componenting exploding ...
meshes that "overlap" on the Z exis disappear..
insted ..it makes a "hole" and then start building on the hole (Z axis)..
making the concting very brittle,,
what i can do so the printer will print solid top layer and then continue with the print without the "hole"

what im missing over here?

Your printing a little too hot. Lower the temp 5 deg at a time until it goes away. You may also need another 1 or 2 top layers

Are you checking to make sure the object is manifold? Install the "Solid Inspector" plugin. "Clean Up" is another helpful plugin to remove stray lines that create problems for printed objects.
