Top/Bottom Layer vs Infill direction

New owner, love the product. I'm struggling figuring out how to make the shells go a different orientation than infill. Since we have to use linear infill, I prefer them to be 90 degrees offset from the shell directions. The infill and top and bottom layers seem to obey the infill directions defined. Am I missing something?

There is a setting for the infill angle on the right side of the tab.
The angles specified there are relative to the machine and not the part. That means if you rotate the part then you have to specify the corresponding angles.

Thats not what I was asking. I am asking for a way to have the top and bottom layer direction be different than the infill direction. If you have -45 / 45 in it, which is the default value, both the top and bottom layers and the infill are at -45/45. On MakerWare, top and bottom layer direction are tunable independently from the infill direction.
