Infill problem

Wed Jul 05, 2017 6:32 pm

Hi. I have an CoreXY custom printer with Bolden setup. In this setup, I need to set an "Extra Restart Distance" of "-0.10" for better print quality (this setting is in ozze control). This works fine, my prints are beautiful! Except for one little problem: in some parts, there are small places where infil is need (not full infill, but 'normal' infill) and these small places doesn't get any fillament when they are too small (let's say 3 or 4 mm)....just a little bit of plastic. If I setup extra restart distance to about 0,10 or even 0,05 (positive) and set infill width percentage to about 130%, everything works fine in infill....but this causes some bloobs on external perimeter. So my question is: is there any way to compensate this weak filling of infill? Or maybe another option in configuration to setup a differente restart distance for infill and for external perimeter?!
