Holes In Print

How can I fix these holes in this print? Holes around the hole in the orange and a long one in the white. Orange is PLA temp 200, white PLA temp 190. I've played around with the extrusion multiplier and can't see any difference. Any suggestions?

Re: Holes In Print

It's a problem of your model, because the inner and the outer elipses are not parallel.

Try the following:
1. only 2 permiters, 5 top and bottom layers, layer height max 0.20 mm, layer width max standard = nozzle + 20%
2. Infill up to 50%
3. Infill overlap 30%
4. Menue Advanced allow gap infill also up to 50%

If you see a improvement you can varie the changes until the best solution.

It would be very helpful to attache your factory file.

Also seems like several of these things are already addressed in the print quality guide

Re: Holes In Print

I finally got to try the settings you suggested Horst. Thanks so much that took almost all the cracks and holes out. I remixed the stl file last night and it prints perfectly now. Thx again.
