Try the "Solid base layers" in Supports Tab. You can also add Rafts to your Support but I don't know if you can add Rafts only to supports, but I'd try the solid baser layers first.
you can't do solid base layer I just change the support base layers to 1 seemed to thicken them up
thanks heaps for pointing mre in the right direction
i'm a quadriplegic on life support with no movement but my chin

One other thing you can do if supports don't fix themselves to the bed is to put thin rectangles, squares or discs on the bed where the supports would be. If they stick well to the bed, then the support should have something to sit on....
You can essentially accomplish a raft for supports by following these steps
1) change first layer width to 200% and first layer height to 150% or so. That will print the first layer extra wide and thick just like the raft.
2) you probably also want to lower the first layer speed to 30% or so which can help with adhesion (the raft does this too)
3) finally, I would also use 1-2 support base layers, since that will help give a wider contact area for the bottom of the supports.
