Perimeter not ending in the same point of start

Hi everyone.
I'm having issues with all the models I slice with S3D. I think the end of the perimeter is far from the begining and that make a hole in the print.
There ir a parameter to change in order to solve this problem???
I have 2 printers and I was printing without any issues and now I have this on both.
This is the problem.

tested in both printers and with multiple materials.
the nozzle are not blocked
the print speed is 60mm/s. I was printing at 70 without any issues.
I was able to reduce the problem setting the outline underspeed to 30%. But it is still is visible.
I tried with another slicer like cura, the print come out just fine.
coast at end is not activated and there is no retractions occurring until the top of the model,
the printers are clones of the prusa with marlin 1.1.2 and 1.1.5.

what I see in S3D:

I saw various post with a problem like this but none of them have the solution. I already tried everything I know. Anybody can help me?
Thanks in advance.
