This orientation is that the Top of the picture is the top of the print.
As one can see in the right side of the picture, the ribbing effect disappears
Any Help would be appreciated.

Print Quality Issue
As can be seen in the picture below I am getting a ribbing effect on a part I am printing No matter what angle I rotate the part for the print, I get the same results in the same area. The other side of this part which 180 degrees opposite turns out almost flawless.
This orientation is that the Top of the picture is the top of the print.
