It seems to me that I found a bug in Simplify3D support generation routine.
If the parts with different colours are placed on top of each other, support structures will be generated by both extruders. In principle, it works, but leads to clogging of printheads, and such support structures are incredibly strong (cut muself multiple times ).

Note that the support structures under the lowes "cubes" are printed with both extruders:
I understand that in this case I can do some multiprofile voodoo, but I won't, because it can't be done with complex geometries (such as molecular surfaces like in this example https://drive.google.com/open?id=1qq5Kw ... SeMXR3y1Qo )
