Program ignores revolve feature

I am trying to print a cone for a project I am making but Simplify will not print the exterior (Revolve Base/boss) feature in the design program.
Pictures attached.

Re: Program ignores revolve feature

Does is show up OK when you set up the print but disappear when you slice it? It's possible the design program created two or more meshes. With S3D, you have to explicitly tell it to look for multiple meshes with the Separate Connected Surfaces menu item.

Re: Program ignores revolve feature

It could be that the cone is a thin walled hollow shape that has a wall thickness that is too thin for the slicer to work with.

If so, two possible solutions....either remodel the cone so it has a wall thickness the same as the minimum extrusion thickness (and have Allow single extrusion walls set), Or try using one process for the boss and one for the cone....and set the cone process to have 1 or 2 perimeters, zero %age infill, no bottom layers, and the Merge all outlines into a single solid model
